Steps to request account deletion

3. Choose in your reply. That email asks whether we should delete the entire account or only a specific part of it. Reply with your choice. Data we keep, and for how long

• Invoices, payment records, and purchase records, including unused paid credits, that tax or accounting law requires us to keep. We keep them only for the period that law requires, then delete them. They are not used to keep the Asktrology account open, and deleting the account does not refund a purchase.

You can ask for one of these, several of them, or all of them. Asking for all of them still leaves the Asktrology account in place so you can sign in.
